Session #1 Junior

Online Course Session ini terdiri dari 3 bagian, yaitu Pemanasan, Peregangan, dan Latihan. Di akhir session ada tugas merekam video gerakan untuk dilihat oleh Instruktur kami. Silahkan upload video tersebut dan kirimkan kami link video tersebut. Terima kasih.

This Online Course consists of 3 parts, which are Warming up, Stretching, and Training. After the training session has ended, you are encouraged to video record yourself doing the movements. Please upload and share your video's link to us so that our Instructors may see your training. Thank you.
Part 1
Warming Up
Pemanasan
Lakukan 15 set
Pastikan untuk melakukan pemanasan di awal mulai latihan, agar tubuh siap untuk melakukan gerakan-gerakan Taekwon-Do. Make sure you have enough warming up prior to training ITF Taekwon-Do
Part 2
Stretching
Peregangan
Lakukan 10 detik masing-masing
Pastikan untuk melakukan peregangan di awal mulai latihan, agar terhindar dari cedera selama latihan berlangsung. Make sure you perform proper and sufficient stretching before training to minimize the possibilty of injury.
Part 3

Parallel Stance Middle Punch
Lakukan gerakan 30 set
Rekam 5 set
Posisi Charyot Sogi (attention stance): Buka kedua kaki selebar bahu, jari kaki lurus ke depan. Tangan kiri setinggi bahu, tangan kanan diletakkan di pinggang. Kepalan tangan rapat dengan ibu jari di luar (tidak ditekuk ke dalam kepalan) Position of Charyot Sogi (Attention Stance): open your feet shoulder width, all toes facing forward. Left fist at shoulder high, right fist on the waist. Proper fist with thumb outside the fist (not inside).

Walking Ready Stance
Lakukan 30 set
Rekam 5 set
Kaki belakang lurus, kaki depan ditekuk sampai hanya terlihat jari kaki dari atas. Berat badan 50% kaki depan dan 50% kaki belakang. Pandangan mata ke depan (tidak menunduk). Rear leg is straight, front leg is bent so that you can only see your toes. Weight distribution 50% front leg and 50% rear leg. Keep your eyes straight up front (don't look down).

Walking Stance Middle Front Snap Kick
Lakukan 30 set
Rekam 5 Set
Tinggi tendangan adalah setinggi ulu hati praktisi. Kaki yang menendang ditekuk kembali. Kick as high as solar plexus of the practition. Bend the leg after kicking.
Upload Video
Jangan lupa mengupload video hasil rekaman latihan. Upload dapat dilakukan ke Google Drive, Dropbox, Youtube, Vimeo, dan lain-lain. Kirimkan Link Video kepada kami sehingga Instruktur kami dapat melihatnya.
