Session #1 Middle

Online Course Session ini terdiri dari 3 bagian, yaitu Pemanasan, Peregangan, dan Latihan. Di akhir session ada tugas merekam video gerakan untuk dilihat oleh Instruktur kami. Silahkan upload video tersebut dan kirimkan kami link video tersebut. Terima kasih.

This Online Course consists of 3 parts, which are Warming up, Stretching, and Training. After the training session has ended, you are encouraged to video record yourself doing the movements. Please upload and share your video's link to us so that our Instructors may see your training. Thank you.
Part 1
Warming Up
Pemanasan
Lakukan 20 set
Pastikan untuk melakukan pemanasan di awal mulai latihan, agar tubuh siap untuk melakukan gerakan-gerakan Taekwon-Do. Make sure you have enough warming up prior to training ITF Taekwon-Do.
Part 2
Stretching
Peregangan
Lakukan 10 detik masing-masing
Pastikan untuk melakukan peregangan di awal mulai latihan, agar terhindar dari cedera selama latihan berlangsung. Make sure you perform proper and sufficient stretching before training to minimize the possibilty of injury.
Part 3
Gunnun So Apjoomuk Kaunde Ap Jirugi
Walking Stance Middle Punch
Lakukan 30 set
Rekam 5 set
Posisi Charyot Sogi (attention stance): Majukan salah satu kaki ke depan, tangan dari samping pinggang, dimajukan searah dengan kaki yang melangkah maju., tangan sebelah ditarik ke pinggang. pukulan diarahkan setinggi bahu orang yang melakukan Position of Charyot Sogi (Attention Stance): step one foot forward while execute punch to the target. (as high as practition shoulder).
Part 4
Gunnun So Apcha Olligi
Walking Stance Rising Kick
Lakukan 20 set
Rekam 5 set
Posisi Charyot Sogi (attention stance). Mundurkan salah satu kaki ke belakang membentuk Gunnun Junbi Sogi (Walking ready stance). Kaki belakang mengayun lurus ke depan. Position of Charyot Sogi (Attention Stance) .Move one leg behind while executing Gunnun Junbi Sogi (Walking ready stance). Rear leg execute the kicking by rising the leg straight.

Combo Jab Straight
Combo Jab Straight
Lakukan 30 set
Rekam 5 Sets
Tinggi pukulan adalah setinggi mata praktisi Kaki dibuka sedikit lebih lebar dari bahu Punch as high as eyes of the practition. Both of foot open a little bit wider than shoulder
Upload Video
Jangan lupa mengupload video hasil rekaman latihan. Upload dapat dilakukan ke Google Drive, Dropbox, Youtube, Vimeo, dan lain-lain. Kirimkan Link Video kepada kami sehingga Instruktur kami dapat melihatnya.
